Help:Creating a page
From Asylum Wiki
Making a good-looking page here takes about two minutes.
The fast way
- Type a title into the "Create a page" box on the Main Page and click Create it!
- The editor opens pre-filled with a ready-made skeleton: notice banner, infobox, flair line, sections and a gallery.
- Fill in the blanks, delete anything you don't need, hit Save.

Tips
- Emote autocomplete: in the source editor, type
:followed by at least two letters (like:kon) and a picker appears. Full list at Project:Emotes. - Templates in the visual editor: don't type
Template:...as plain text — it gets escaped and shows literally. Use Insert → Template, or switch to "Edit source". - Images: upload at Special:Upload, then embed with
[[File:Name.png|thumb|caption]]. - Categories: end your page with
[[Category:Something]]so it shows up in the portals on the Main Page.
